These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, bubbletreesoaps.co.uk, and any purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined here, along with any notices or conditions displayed elsewhere on the website, including our Privacy Policy.

Bubble Tree Soaps reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any part of this website at any time, without prior notice or liability. We may also revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or placement of orders following any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
A contract between you (the customer) and Bubble Tree Soaps is formed only once your order has been processed and dispatched.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal information you provide is complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false identity or acting on behalf of another person or organisation without authorisation.
Orders and Fulfilment
By placing an order through Bubble Tree Soaps, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details are accurate before submission.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or combined with other orders. Bubble Tree Soaps reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion, without prior notice.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. A contract between you and Bubble Tree Soaps is formed only once your order has been processed and dispatched.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following 2 - 3 Working days (excluding holidays and Bank Holidays which will then be posted within the following 2 - 3 working days). Delivery times depend on your chosen postage method and are managed by the courier service. While delivery is outside our direct control, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order promptly and keep you informed should any delays arise.
Please note that our products are made in small batches with care and attention and may be limited editions. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, slight delays may occur during busy periods or when restocking handmade items. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Pricing and VAT
All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any adjustments will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Bubble Tree Soaps is not currently VAT-registered in the UK, so VAT is not included in our pricing. Should this change in future, we will update our website accordingly.
We currently accept orders for delivery within Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland) and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or international destinations at this time.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received in full.
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our checkout system through SumUp.
Please ensure that your payment details are accurate and up to date at the time of ordering. Bubble Tree Soaps reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is incomplete or cannot be verified.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing within 14 working days of purchase. We’ll confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund accordingly.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In a re-sellable condition
Please contact us before returning any goods so we can guide you through the process.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. (Please note that refund from us will only cover standard delivery).
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke orders, or on items that have been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Delivery and Product Availability
Bubble Tree Soaps products are made in small batches, and availability may vary depending on demand and production schedules. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Customers are able to select their preferred delivery method at checkout - Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly—either by replacing the item, offering a suitable alternative, or issuing a refund. Please note that replacements may not always be possible due to the limited nature of our stock.

All Bubble Tree Soaps products are fully compliant with UK cosmetic regulations. Each formulation has undergone the necessary safety assessments and is registered in accordance with current legal standards.
